Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Port Blair bagged the FIRST Position ( Boys Band troup) in the State Level Inter School Band Competition organised by the Samagra Shiksha, UT Mission, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

 

GITA JAYANTI CELEBRATION

 

Gita Jayanti was celebrated in Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Port Blair on 14th December 2021, 150 students and 20 teachers attended the programme. The programme started with Manglacharanam. Shri S Vijay Kumar, Principal of the school welcomed the gathering and highlighted on the significance of the day. Students chanted Karmayoga Shloka Sangraha, 12th  chapter of Gita and Gita for daily life.  Adarniya Priyamvada didi, Sampark Sthan Sanghtak spoke on the message of Gita in our daily life. The programme concluded with Shanti Mantra.
